again..insensitive issue.

okla b4 aku tido. let me criterkan arituh aper yg berlaku kt ofis last friday.

case study 1
time : 12.15 pm
place : pantry
lunch on friday aku tapau jerh sbb jennifer cuti..
so masa nk masuk pantry tu tgok2 harimau(bukan nama sebenar) tgh nk serve smthg for her lunch.
smthg yg berasap2...smtg looks like sup smthg2..i guess she must just get the soup out of microwave by using the bowl, spoon and plate from the pantry.

then aku 'try' to make conversation...
rai : wah...u cook for ur lunch ke?
her : rai..im so so sori..dis is non- halal food
rai : (wtf. dlm atilah) really? herms ok.

i guess da thg dat i just saw in front of my eyes is 'sup babi'.

so aku kua dari pantry and i told cathy n lisa to put aside my tapau food far2 away from her. bcoz aku baru jerh cadang nk makan ngn lisa n cathy inside da pantry. i told cathy bout dat thg. and cathy so surprise ok as b4 dis no one ever dare to do dat.
nway harimau is a new staff.
to be more specific, she's senior product manager.
yes the conclusion is i guess she's just being insensitive, stupid and cant use her own common sense?

case study 2
time : noon - late evening
place : my boss's house at sg. buloh
event : bbq party

last year we were having bbq party at my bosses house. They r both married couple mat salleh and they r so so damn generous and so kind to their staffs. im not simply compliment ppl without any damn good reasons. enuff said. the main point is during that bbq, they serve non-halal as well as the halal food. how they serve it?

1. my boss bought a new bbq set for da muslim staff ( padahal that time there's only 2 muslim staffs including me)
   
2. he put both set at 2 diff places which is quite far...which the halal set at the back while the non-halal set bbq at the left-side of the house.
3. they serve at 2 diff tables.
4. they put all the food on plastic paper plate.
   

conclusion : korg pk la sindrik.

im so ashamed on some of the insenstive malaysian behaviour who's not particular of this kind of sensitive issue while the mat salleh respect us better and try really hard not to hurt our feeling/ to bring any sensitive issues.

how i handle this thg?
now as im 23 turning out 24, so either i like it or no i have to handle this thg like an adult.
i cant be a crying baby and resigning from dis job just bcoz of this issue, rite?
not worth it, ok.
so

1. i email the hr about the issue and hope they will take right action towards those ppl (thx to diana n my sis, yana coz editkan email itu..huhu)
   
2. i told my marketing manager to prepare the paper plate next time for anythg dat may need us to use the pantry thgy. (bcoz sumtimes she always bought food from outside n banjerh kitorg...so for sure we have to use the pantry plate n etc)
3. i told the tealady/housekeeper dun wash my glass/cup nmore.
4. i already bring my own spounge as well the sabun la.

it's quite complicated but i guess i manage to handle it quite well la. so during lunch tday, my marketing manager keeps on saying sorry on behalf of the stupid insensitive staffs.
